Many of you are not familiar with our recovery ministry that reaches out to individuals and families who have been impacted by sex and porn addiction called Route1520. The video above is our “manifesto” in that it clearly states our fundamental belief that sex addiction…or any addiction for that matter…can’t be overcome by simply attempting to “try harder” or other forms of behavior modification. We are transformed by His grace which begins when we surrender our attempts to reform ourselves.
Watch the video above and help us share it with others. You probably know an individual or a couple who is right now wondering if there is hope after infidelity or who is dealing with a spouse’s addiction to porn or sex. Each of the statements in this video came from someone who is currently plugged into our weekly support groups. If you are in the Birmingham area and would like more information about our support groups for men and women, email me at traylor@traylorlovvorn.com and I’ll get the information to you. We are currently forming a new men’s group in Decatur, Alabama as well and will have more information on that group in the next few weeks.
If you haven’t done so already, please click here or use the form to the right to subscribe to our email list and be updated on our upcoming resources including curriculum and online courses. You can also be kept informed by following Route1520 on Facebook and Twitter.
Please help us spread the word about Route1520 to those who are still suffering in silence.
Hi, we are Traylor and Melody Lovvorn and we were married for 11 years before sexual addiction and infidelity ripped our family apart. By God’s grace, our family was reconciled in 2008. Hang out here for awhile and you’ll discover how this miracle happened. Learn more about us…
